La Gramma takes great pride in preparing and delivering our products with the highest care and quality. Every order is freshly made and carefully packed to ensure it arrives in the best condition.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Product Storage & Handling

All La Gramma products are made fresh without preservatives.

• Cakes and desserts are best consumed within 3–5 days when stored in the refrigerator.
• Do not refreeze products once they have been chilled or opened.
• We are not responsible for product quality if storage instructions are not followed by the customer.

Delivery & Shipping

• Deliveries are available within Pontianak and surrounding areas.
• Delivery schedule depends on courier availability and selected time slot.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Once the order is handed to the courier, La Gramma is not responsible for:

• Late delivery caused by traffic, weather, or courier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

For apartment or office buildings, someone must be available to receive the order.

Payment Verification

• Payments must be made in full before the order is processed.
• Customers must upload proof of transfer via the Payment Confirmation page.
• Orders without valid payment proof will not be processed.

Cancellation & Order Changes

No cancellation or changes can be made after purchase is made.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• No refunds or exchanges are available once the order is confirmed.
• Customers must upload proof of transfer via the Payment Confirmation page.

Refunds or replacements will not be granted for:

• Incorrect address or contact details
• Customer unavailable at delivery
• Late delivery due to courier or force majeure
• Improper storage by the recipient

Peak Season Policy

During festive seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Christmas, New Year, etc.), order volume is limited to maintain quality.

• We recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance.
• Delivery slots may close once capacity is reached.

Order Limits

La Gramma may limit the number of items per order during peak periods to ensure quality and fairness for all customers.
